Kropsy's Curse Guest of Honor Whispers from the Past The Ape

Kelli A. Wilkins has published several horror short stories, both in print and online. Halloween is her favorite holiday, and it appears as the setting for many of her spooky tales.

In 2010, two of Kelli’s horror stories appeared in anthologies. “Whispers from the Past” was published in the July 2010 Pill Hill Press Haunted anthology. This is a collection of forty-two stories about haunted places. Set in a haunted house, “Whispers from the Past” blends the paranormal with a startling bit of reality. The anthology is available in paperback and electronic formats.

“The Ape” appeared in The Four Horsemen: An Anthology of Conquest, War, Famine & Death, published by Pill Hill Press. This anthology of twenty-five short stories was released in May 2010 and is based on The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. In “The Ape” a young boy in South Carolina uses an unusual “toy” as a tool for revenge.

Kelli’s horror short, “What the Peeper Saw” appeared online at Anotherealm.com in October 2007.

The Halloween-themed short, Kropsy's Curse, was published in the October 2003 issue of The Far Sector SFFH and is available in electronic format.

Set during a very unusual party, Guest of Honor appears in The Best of the First Line - The First Three Years anthology and was also featured in TFL on Tape (Episode 10) as an audio broadcast.

Two brothers celebrate Halloween together in The Doorway. This story won Fourth Place in The Dark Krypt's 2003 short story contest and was published online in October 2003.

A tale of a children's Halloween party gone wrong, The Uninvited won First Place in the Weird Tales World Horror Con writing contest in 2003. It appeared in the April 2006 issue of Weird Tales magazine.

Kelli's story, The Man in Apartment 3-A, was published in the October 2003 issue of EOTU Ezine. To read about a neighbor who claims to be a vampire, click here.
